The Outing Box at GlobeIn is somewhat what I expected to gift my sister as she loves to explore new areas in town. The box is pretty spacious and I am happy that she loved it. Yay!!

I am totally in love with the Handcrafted Wood Dice from GlobeIn. The set arrives in a matching wood box, decorated with a brass inlay design that resembles a die. Loved the product!

The GlobeIn is quite good. I'm in awe of how imaginatively their team member decorated the boxes and set up the contents. I have a subscription to Charm Box right now, and I want to retain it for a while longer. Marvelous services!!

So a couple years ago I joined their Premium Maven subscription and had been pretty happy with the items I received. Starting late last summer, items started getting shipped that were poorly packed, arrived broken or were just simple missing...I think it was 5 shipments altogether. I tried multiple times to reach out to customer service without success, literally no response. Finally after many attempts Fiona gets back to me, and tells me I need to ship all the broken stuff back at my own expense and we can't replace the items because they're out of stock. Welp, in Dec 2021 I had just had enough of paying for items I didn't receive or broke so I asked them to cancel. Fast forward to July 2022 (having heard nothing from GlobeIn in the interim) I'm charged $600 for another year and now Marjorie says I can't have my money back. Good grief what a con.

To add a new collection in my kitchen, I bought the Tricolor Board from here. The extensive and unique design is quite intriguing. Glad to order.

I gifted the Handmade Snake and Ladders Game to my son and he is so much in love with it. Really, GlobeIn, your products are so unique and 100% handmade. Yay!!

The person I talked with was great. She helped me with problem and was very professional during the whole process.
